Ask yourself the right questions :-)

We don’t consciously berate ourselves, but it does happen quite passively. If we are not arming ourselves with positive self-talk, the negative voices run the roost. We need to arm ourselves. Ask yourself some questions in the morning: who needs my A game today? Why am I the best doctor/baker/flight attendant for those I get to serve? How do I show I am a compassionate person daily? The great thing about these questions is they beg a positive answer :-).
