Worry and hope are two sides of the same coin. Both are beliefs about things that have not happened yet. We can choose which one of those friends we want to hang out with. Why not choose the one that uplifts our spirits, normalizes blood pressure, sends out positive vibes to those around us, and helps release oxytocin and dopamine so we actually feel better? It’s always our choice π
