Positive Outlook

Jessica, our office manager extraordinaire, is a HUGE Buffalo Bills fan. She shared this article with us this morning.

Test = strength

At my “job” (like most other jobs), we record metrics as a measurement of how well we are serving people. Are we growing? Are we on the right path? Sometimes we can get caught up in the numbers, when the most important thing is the PEOPLE the numbers represent. Never forget that we serve humanity, not a metric 🙂 Start caring with The One In Front Of U!
